Загорелась неисправность f08 на частотнике M700-06400420A. Аналогичные приборы ATV71HD55N4, CIMR-XCBC41P5, EI-P7012-030H установленные на двигателях работают исправно.
Методику нашел через гугл по запросу "SKiiP38NAB12T4V1" prom-electric.ru/media/SEMIKRON_DataSheet_SKiiP_38NAB12T4V1_25231490.pdf . Вышел из строя ШИМ.

Показывается ошибка al73 на инверторе FR-V540-37K-NA. Аналогичные приборы ATV61EXC5C13N4H, CIMRE7Z40112A, C104050-1 на компрессорах без аварий.
Расшифровку нашел через рамблер по запросу "Ремонт частотного преобразователя Altivar 31 atv31hu75m3x" prom-electric.ru/articles/1/1060/ . Оказалось сгорел IGBT-модуль.

Выходит неисправность w1 на приводе FR-A740-06100-NA. Другие устройства ATS22D62S6, VZAB0P2EAA, VFD015S21E на компрессорах работают.
Инструкцию нашел через яндекс по запросу "Автоматизация насосной станции с применением частотного преобразователя" prom-electric.ru/articles/1/290/ . Оказалось подгорел ограничительный резистор.
